Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are a binding agreement between you and Munjam. By creating an account, accessing the website, using the application, starting a trial, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms.

Munjam is provided for business use by companies, teams, and authorized professionals. If you use Munjam on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the service.

Munjam is a B2B market discovery and company review workspace. It helps teams search local markets, review company records, organize company information, manage credits, collaborate, and hand off approved records to internal tools.

Munjam is not an outbound messaging platform, phone-based solicitation service, advertising service, list broker, data resale service, or agency service. We do not sell ready-made audience datasets and we do not send messages on your behalf.

Business available fields may include information such as business name, category, area, website, public phone, email, social links, ratings, or other context where available. Field availability can vary by market, category, and record.

You are responsible for keeping account details accurate, protecting login credentials, and controlling access for invited team members.

You must promptly remove users who should no longer have access to your workspace. Actions performed through your account or workspace may be treated as authorized unless you notify us of unauthorized access.

You may not share accounts in a way that bypasses seat limits, plan limits, security controls, or billing rules.

Paid plans, included usage, credit allowances, add-ons, and supported features are described on the pricing page or inside the application at the time of purchase.

Credits are used to reveal approved business available fields for a unique company record inside a workspace. Searching and previewing records are separate from credit-based field reveal actions unless stated otherwise in the active plan.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Taxes, exchange rates, payment fees, and invoice details may be handled by our payment processor or merchant-of-record provider where applicable.

Refund requests can be processed within 14 days of the original subscription purchase, renewal, or credit add-on purchase. To request a refund, contact us using the legal contact shown on this page and include the account email, workspace name, invoice or payment reference, and reason for the request.

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Bank, card network, wallet, or payment provider processing times may vary after we submit the refund.

You may cancel a subscription to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically remove existing workspace data unless a deletion request is made separately.

You must use Munjam lawfully and responsibly. You may not use Munjam for spam, prohibited communications, phone-based solicitation, harassment, fraud, deception, illegal discrimination, or any activity that violates applicable laws or platform rules.

You may not resell, rent, broker, publish, or package Munjam data or exports as solicitation datasets, third-party audience datasets, record packs, data products, or a competing dataset.

You may not use Munjam to bypass consent requirements, send unlawful communications, scrape or attack the service, overload infrastructure, reverse engineer protected functionality, or attempt unauthorized access.

Depending on your plan, you may export approved records or send them to supported tools such as CSV, Excel, Google Sheets, CRM systems, APIs, or webhooks.

You are responsible for deciding whether your use of exported data is lawful, including privacy, consent, retention, suppression, and communication rules that apply outside Munjam.

Third-party tools are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Munjam is not responsible for how third-party systems process data after you choose to export or integrate with them.

Munjam depends on sources and data that may change, become unavailable, contain mistakes, or be incomplete. We do not guarantee that every company record will contain every field or that any field will remain current.

Scores, categories, review states, availability labels, and similar signals are workflow aids. They do not replace your own business judgment, compliance review, or legal obligations.

Munjam, the website, application, design, software, documentation, branding, and related materials are owned by Munjam or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative products from Munjam except as allowed by law or by written permission.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe there is a security risk, payment failure, unlawful activity, policy violation, abuse, or use that creates legal, financial, or operational risk.

You may stop using Munjam at any time. Some obligations, including payment obligations, acceptable-use restrictions, confidentiality, export responsibilities, disclaimers, and liability limits, survive termination where applicable.

Munjam is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, complete data, specific revenue results, commercial outcomes, meetings, conversion rates, or fitness for a particular business use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Munjam is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The last updated date on this page shows when the current version was posted.
